Reply from Orcy, Age 15 - 11/03/06 - IP#: 70.172.200.xxx eating about 1500 calories a day, if you get a regular amount of activity (not an intense amount) is a good guess. but if you go somewhere like fitnessmagazine.com, you can find a calculator that gives you a good amount to maintain your weight. subtract 500 calories from that to lose a pound a week. good luck =)
Reply from sabina, Age 16 - 11/03/06 - IP#: 69.118.233.xxx ok for your personal daily calorie intake multiply you weight by 10, that is how much you just take in to maintain your current weight. but if you want to lose substract the amount of lbs you want to lose from your current weight and multiply that by ten. that is how many calories you should take
