Ht. 5ft5in, Wt. 245 - Hey everyone, I have tried the low fat diet a couple of times and it is just not working, does anybody know a good kind of diet other that the low fat one to go on please help me that would be great and will you explain how to do the diet you suggest THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

sabina is right weight watchers is a great diet my mom lost 50 lbs on it

eat 3 meals 2 snacks and juste at healthy that means wholewhaet, lean protein,fruits veggies, calcium and treat urself once inawhile, and exercise and makes a huge diffrence, trust me i lost 40 lbs doing that. plus recording ur food helps u a lot and remeber eventhought things may be lowfat dont eat too much of them. aim for 3-6 grains a day,3-4fruit,3-5veggetable,8 oucnes of lean protein, 3 servings of dairy. Note: 15-25 grams of carbs is one grain serving

hey the low fat diet has one problem. while the foods may be low in fat it is usually very high in total calories, which are what count in losing and gaining weight. Try just cutting down on the total calories you take in Weight watchers is a great way to start calorie intake counting.
