Ht. 5'2, Wt. 200 - For breakfast scrambled eggs with little bit's of toast and water. For lunch Lean cuisne 220 cal water and 100 cal pak. For supper beef and noodles water and rice and beef. How I do I will try to have one serving each

good but i'd say choose either noodles or rice not both together though...good luck
