Ht. 5 foot 3, Wt. 220 - Brekfast-(woke up late) 1/2 a hanburger bun Lunch-dry cereal Snack-1/2 a cookie and 2 tiny hard candy didnt have dinner yet.......went to the gym and burned 200 calories

just beacuse u dont eat evry much doesnt mean u ate healthy, plus when ur body does not eat enough calories or does not eat for 5 hours it holds on to fat because it thinks it's being starved

ehh.. you didn't eat enough, you didn't get any fruits or vegetables really, which you need, and the candy was bad, alothough a little bit every day is ok so just don't have anything else. but eat more, and more fruits and veggies,.
