Ht. 5'7, Wt. 176 - So this is a response to missy about her response to sabina: you have got to be kidding me. I wasn't telling her to eat 5000 calories. I was telling her to eat MORE calories, meaning up to like.. 1500. If you eat less, the moment you eat more you'll gain more weight. you need to stop telling people to eat less then they need to. your advice on weight loss is generally good, but your telling people to basically starve themselves and thats not what you have to do. your metabolism will slow down a ton and you wont be burning as much as you could. your body will hold onto every calorie you eat, even after you start eating more. this means you'll gain weight FAST. 1500 calories a day is a healthy amount. good luck to everyone =)

becasue when u dont eat enough cals ur body thinks it's being straved and holds on to fat, and plus when u restrict to much u gain weight

try to eat about 1700 cals a day with exercise

yep ur right....especially when we are teenagers, we need more nutrients/calories in order to grow right
