Ht. 5'4, Wt. 165 - so im going on my diet tomorrow. wish me luck. my breakfasta are going to be two boiled eggs every morning with a glass of skim milk. and my lunchs are going to be a tuna sandwich with apple's or carrots with water. and since my parents are on diets, they make healthy dinners so i have whatevers made. snacks after school- probably popcorn or lean cuisines. exercise-DDR& crunches. does this sound good enough to lose 15 pounds by christmas?

thankks. i hate the yellow anyways though, but now i know def. not to eat it even if i did like it.

just a tip the yellow of the egg is high in cholesterol and eating it more than 2 times a week is unhealthy for your heart. try eating just the egg white with a slice of toast. egg whites are great for you since they are protein

well plus, i have gym everyday in school. and thats about 25 minutes since it takes us time to stretch, get changed, and all that. so then i can do ddr for a half hour, gym for 25 minutes, and crunches for 10 minutes. is that good?

sounds good =). you might want to do some other exercise besides DDR though, because you need to do it for like an hour for it to burn a sufficient amount of calories, so try running or something sometimes..
