Ht. 5'5, Wt. 198.8 - okay i never know what work outs to do and if im doing enough. My parents do not have money for a personal trainer or even for me to go to a gym. Anyone have ideas im willing to try anything i reallli want to loose weight and im seriously comitted this time.

umm i lost 6 lbs in a week but put three bak on i dont reeli think there is a routine just hard exercise and stuff i did on my first day 10 sit ups then on my next day i did 20 next 30 etc..but i have stopped and lost all the good work do u wanna talk on msn or yahoo

amazon.com has used work out tapes if you want to own some, and some examples include dance, tae-bo, bootcamp. I just bought a belly dancing video, it really works, i can see the difference in my waist and legs. The library has great videos too. But if you are more of a social person and want to work out with others, get together with a group of friends and go walking for 1/2 hr 3-5 times a week. Or invite a couple of friends over to exercise using work out tapes. My favorite exercise so far is walking around the mall for 1/2 hr and writing down which cute outfits i will buuy when i reach my goal.

Anything that gets you moving. Go outside and run, or dance, or play soccer, or tennis, or lacrosse, or just walk around the neighborhood. Anything that gets your body moving is exercise. Rent work out tapes and do them at home. I like to run around my block. Pick something!!
