I just bought a belly dancing video, it really works, i can see the difference in my waist and legs. The library has great videos too. But if you are more of a social person and want to work out with others, get together with a group of friends and go walking for 1/2 hr 3-5 times a week. Or invite a couple of friends over to exercise using work out tapes. My favorite exercise so far is walking around the mall for 1/2 hr and writing down which cute outfits i will buuy when i reach my goal.

Anything that gets your body moving is exercise. Rent work out tapes and do them at home. I like to run around my block. Pick something!!
