Ht. 5'4, Wt. 165 - breakfast- hot cocoa with an english muffin. lunch- turkey sandwich on roll, bottle of water, some cereal chocolate chip bar. dinner- idk yett. but after im having a little piece of ice cream cake only bcuz its my bros birthday. exercise- 7 pushups. 15 situps. walked a mile. ran for 5 minutes. ehh. did i do that badd?

you definitely need veggies and fruits. Try replacing that english muffin with a fruit salad. and instead of a chocolate cereal bar, try having carrots
