Ht. 5'1", Wt. 171 .. goal 130 - Hey everyone! I used to post on this site a while back .. I guess I just lost motivation. I'm sure you all know how that feels, but I really want to try to get back on track and lose weight again. I lost 10 pounds last time, but over the past almost year now I've gained it all back. I'm going to college next september, and I really want to lose weight before I start over somewhere new. I'm just tired of looking in the mirror every morning and not being happy with what I see. I don't know if any of you saw Kirstie Ally on Oprah yesterday, but she looked awesome after losing all that weight. I want that kind of transformation. It's hard for me to fit a healthy lifestyle into a busy schedule with work and school and volunteering and colleges .. If anyone has any tips or maybe even wants to be a weight loss buddy or something where we can keep eachother motivated let me know and I'll be happy to give you my email or aim. thanks =] good luck everyone!

i'm having the same problem. but don't worry here are few tips: in the morning when you get out of bed stretch and do a 10 pushups and 15 situps. Then get on with your activity. each week up the numbers. do this before you go to sleep as well. it will make a difference, as for cardio try do short 5 minute walks 6 times a day.

keeping busy always helps me!! atleast with the eating part!! when i'm doing something. i'm not tempted to eat!! just try doing some cardio stuff in your house. videos? jumping jacks? anything like. taht
