Ht. 5'2.25, Wt. 126 - hey everyone. as you might have noticed or read i finally reached my goal and i look and feel great. however motivation has been realyl bad lately. i injurd my leg a week ad half ago adn my activity level has been limited. i freaked out for the first three days i wasnt able to do anyuthing because i was so afaird of getting fat and gaining weight. however its been a week and a half sicne i haev donea good cardio workout and im scared that once im fulyl healed i wont haev the motivation to excersize anymore. i mean now tha ti realized that i hacent gained weight since nto excersizign hwo can i get back into my mind set.. ahh im going nuts

keep doing upper body stuff with weights, because you can burn some calories and stay toned without using your legs.. also maybe crunches and stuff, if thats possible, depending on the details of your injury.. stuff like that. good luck =)
