Ht. 5'7, Wt. 172 - I definetly need some more motivation to exercise. I'm fine with the eating, but i just need to get into exercise mode. I have ideas of what to do for exercise, but any ideas on how to get myself to do it?

Reply from Melissa, Age 17 - 11/09/06 - IP#: 68.73.4.xxx believe me once you start excersizing you wont want to stop, keep yourself goign on a scheduel for two weeks and after tha its a habit you will miss not excersizign when you can't you feel so much better afterwards and you sleep alot better to plus your body looks better , try doing it with a friend that helps me when i cant get motivated i make a excersize date with a friend and therefore i cant back out of it
