Ht. 5'6, Wt. 200 - i really need to loose weight..im not happy with my size and i have a risk for diabeties and everything..does anyone know any ways to help me loose weight quickly but safely? i need a good bit off (or to be fitter) by Christmas...please! im on my knees begging! anything will help! Thanks guys =]

all you need to do is eat healthy and exercise. it really doesn't have to be formal exercise. get up and dance, run up and down the stairs, go for a run, anything that gets you moving atleast 30 minutes 6 days a week.. drink lots of water, no soda, and eat lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean meats. don't cut out a whole food group because that just backfires. you don't need to go "low fat" or "low carb" just eat healthy and you will get less calories and lose weight.
