Ht. 5'6, Wt. 160 - so my current goal is to lose 5lbs by November 28. However I am really busy and by the time i get home it is usually 6pm and then i have hmwk that takes up a good 2-3 hrs. Any advice on how to fit cardio in?

im mean like people know they should loose weight but they dont try i have this friend she knows shes fat but doesnt even try to eat healty foods she buys french fries and pizza like everyday thats what i mean when i say that
