Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180 - Molly please tell me how u lost the weight and how long?

i think i'm the molly your were talking about, but anyways. I started actually eating serving sizes and either on having 2 pieces of pizza or lean pockets, for a starter since pizza was the main part of my diet before. Then i started going on an eliptical machine for about 20 min a day and then lifting weights for 20 min. i did that until it got warm enough outside so i could bike and then i started biking from 5-10 miles on an average day and sometimes more on weekends. Towards the end of the summer i biked over 50 miles one day. Then i made freshman volleyball and we had practice everyday except saturday, sunday, and game days. Now that volleyball's over and its too cold to bike (considering we got snow yesterday) i just try to limit my food even more and if im at school early i'll go 2 my locker bring my stuff to my first hour which is at the complete other end of the school and then go back by my locker to talk to my friends. I hope this helps.. oh and another hint... i know this sounds kinda lame but put ur icecream in the half cup measuring cup and eat it with a baby spoon, it'll seem like a lot more that way....

i ate small meals and it took about one or two months to lose it
