Ht. 5'4, Wt. 164 - rest of the day- LUNCH-grilled chicken sandwich with mayonaise on it. two wontongs in wontong soup. dinner-one hotdog with some beans. snacks during the entire day-a mini crunch bar. a mini hershey bar. a mini kit kat bar. a mutli grain choco chip bar with 0 trans fat. exercise- walked a more than a mile.
p.s. those snack i didnt have all at once. they were in between meals. and is monkey bars an exercise since ur using ur muscles?
