Ht. 5'6", Wt. 200 - Hey, I thought that i would start a CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE!!!! I wanna lose a stone and a half for new year. I was wondering whether anyone wanted to start it with me? We can give each other weight loss tips and monitor each others progress daily and really help each other. If you are interested, and i get alot of feedback, i will put my email address up and we can start. (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)
