Reply from Lindsey, Age 11 - 11/12/06 - IP#: 207.200.116.xxx Get some dumbells or a log resistance tube, though I recommened dumbells. They are not expensive, yet they help a lot. Then if you have the money get the book Toning for Teens. It gives you a weight workout plan. They do 3 shoulder moves, 3 bicep moves, 3 tricep moves, 3 back moves, 5 thigh moves, 5 hips/buttox moves, 5 ab moves, and 3 calf moves. It really does tone you and make you stronger if you keep up a healthy diet. I f you can't afford the book at this momen t or for some reason can't get it, do ten luges per leg, 10 squats, and then a squat-pulse- where you gointo a squt position and pulse up and down ten times. After you do that, take a 30 second break, and then restart it. I hope this helped!
