Ht. 4'2", Wt. 198 - This is what I had today breakfst, Crossant from hardesse, half with bread, half without bread 2 sips of pop, and 10 small pieces of hashbrown. Lunch 2 helpings of noodles and 1 helping of mashed potatoes, 1 helping of green beans with water, and 3 devil eggs. No supper. For exercise, raking leaves, 60 crunchs, 30 pushups, 20 left leg kicks, 20 right leg kicks, 50 touch toes, 100 plie squats, 100 squtas, 40 one way crunch. How did I do?!

Food sounds way too starchy and not enough fruits and vegetables. Excercise sounds good.

ummm, lots of carbs, but great workout. is pop soda? if so try replacing that with milk or tea, much healthier. oh and don't skip meals it is better to spread your meals out then eat a lot at one sitting, so your body can burn more throughout the day. or else if you eat large meals, and skip some through out the day, your body will want to store more fat. try splitting your meals up into 5 small meals a day
