Ht. 5'3", Wt. 165 - later today, lunch- half a plate of caser salad, with 1/4 of the plate=zitti, then a breakstick. dinner-2 big pieces of broccoli with some mashed potatoes and turkey with gravy. desert-a brownie-cookie. exercise-walked through the mall and super market which was more than a mile because we were there for 6 hours. 100 crunches. 20 pushups. howd i do? oh yess and wile i was walking through the mall instead of getting some fattening candy i got a lollipop :] lol. how did i do?

I would have eaten 1/2 a breadstick or no breadstick if I were you. & no gravy it has animal fat in it!! But good job you did fairly good! =)

then i did 80 jumping jacks going right into 20 squats then going right into pulses of sqauts going right into 5 lunges on each leg then going right into 10 kick on each leg then i did 10 side kick on each leg. and now im jumping. 50 jumps, then 20 jumps on my right foot, then 20 on left, then front and back for 50, then side to side for 50, then back to normal jumps for 50.
