Ht. 5'8", Wt. 173 - hello there! Can someone tell me how this sounds.....banana for breakfast.....soup for lunch......grapes for snack....and whatever mum cooks for dinner. can i expect to loose a lot of weight like this??????/ also is it ok to still drink coke?

Reply from Orcy, Age 15 - 11/13/06 - IP#: 70.172.200.xxx ok obviously not what kashi said.. thats all bad for you.. what you have is all really healthy, but you need to eat more than that. atleast 1500 calories a day, because otherwise your body will go into starvation mode and your metabolism will slow down so whatever you eat will take longer to burn off and in the long run you'll gain weight. so maybe, add a salad or some veggies with your soup, and low sugar cereal, egg whites, or something like that with your breakfast.
