Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Hey guys! Food today: Breakfast: lowfat swiss cheese melt, fryit cup, 1 cup chocolate milk/Snack: oat and honey granola bar/Lunch: smallf rozen burrito (1 gram of fat!!!!) that had beans, corn, and sliced veggies/Snack: lowfat pudding and apple/Dinner; grilled chicken, baked potato, mixed veggies. :0) How amd i doing? I decided to make Fri. and offical exercise day other than Wed. (when I have gym) and then hopefully when my parents go spinnign at the gym on some days.
