Ht. 5'6", Wt. 180 - ok, i dont know how good i really did today,,but anyways, BREAKFAST: Whole Wheat Bagel With Light Cream Cheese, Lunch: 2 Packs Of The Thinsations And Bottle Of Crystal Light,SNACK: Whole Wheat Toast with Light Jam (20 cals for 1 tbsp), And Granola Bar Thing (190 for 2) Supper: Shrimp fried with spices, and canned potatoes
P.S I know my lunch wasnt very good, im trying something tomorrow:) and supper probably could have been better, and the potatoes are lilke 80 cals for 1 cup and no fat.

and Exercise: Gym (playing badminton and running 4 laps around the halls of the gym) and delivering Avon Books maybe 10-20 minutes walking.
