Reply from Lynda, Age 27 - 11/15/06 - IP#: 146.9.87.xxx You need to read the book: The Rules of Normal Eating. You sound very overwhelmed in your message and if you are pushing yourself too much, it could backfire. Slow and steady is better. Visit the Weight Watchers website, too. You need some clarity.

Reply from Lindsey, Age 14 - 11/14/06 - IP#: 169.204.230.xxx Pigs are adorable I absolutely love them and so I don't eat pork. Pork is the worst meat for you also, so don't eat pigs even if it says that it's "lean" it's still bad for you. Please show pigs some love!
Reply from Orcy, Age 15 - 11/14/06 - IP#: 70.172.200.xxx good job though =) and three cookies every once in a while is absolutely fine. it won't affect your weight as long as you get right back to your healthy eating the moment you finish the cookies =)
