Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - yea. i didnt do so good today. but whatever. breakfast-hot chocolate with two pieces of toast. lunch-ham sandiwch with cheese and mayo. organic granola berry bar. carrots. water. snacks after school- popcorn. two cookies, and cheese balls.
yeah snaks werent great. dinner-chicken, 2 perogies, green beans and coliflower. ill tyr to eat as many veggies as possible :] so yeah exercise- a game in gym. not much ill try and add in some ddr tonightt :]
