Ht. 5'5", Wt. 599 - I wanna lose a good bit of weight... ive been working at it slowly but i dont see any results... ive had subway almost everyday for lunch but i still look the same n it sux... n this week was horrible cuz i found out that some boys in my class were talkin about how bad n how fat i am... n it just made me feel worse n thats all ive been concentrating on... i never thot i was in bad shape until ppl started 2 point it out n all i wanna do now is eat bcuz i feel like crap!!!

Are u sure that u are 599 lbs? Well anyway yea my name is Ashly and I have been trying to lose weight for a while now and it keeps coming back..it really sucks. anyway I have 1 good tip..u should have a motivation like get a shirt that you really like in a smaller size and put it on ur wall so everyday u can look at it and know that u wanna wear it and be able to fit into it. your not reallu 599 lbs are you? because you don't seem like it. anyway, just because its subway doesnt mean its always healthy. high fat meats like steak, and cheese, mayo etc. adds ton of calories. try 6 inch turkey with veggies. on whole wheat to. that should fill you up with less calories
