Ht. 5'2", Wt. 199 - This is what I had today Breakfast 3 panakes with some syrup and water. For lunch I had 10 chicken Mcnuggets and a poptart. For supper bbg sandwhich. For snack 3 cookies and an Artic Rush from Dairy Queen. Exercise 60 crunchs, 10 bicycles, 30 two way crunch, 60 one way crunch, 30 right leg kicks, 30 left leg kicks, 200 both leg kicks, 10 toe grabs, 30 pushps, 30 split pushups, and 100 touch toes. How did I do. Im doing the Christmas challenge so please respond since no one has been responding to my post

it wasnt just the ice cream though- it was also the chicken nuggests, pancakes, syrup and pop tart- no one is here to accuse you we are just trying to help you see what you are doing wrong

I had to eat ice cream becuase the store was closing for the year. When ever I post on here people get mad at you for just eating one bad thing next time I post I hope people will stop acusing you even though I did stay the same weight for the last 2 days.

sorry to say it but you kind of ate a lot of crap- syrup and D-Q are nothing but pure sugar- just exercising isnt enough to loose weight- my trainer told me if you want to loose weight you should be eating AROUND 80 carbs a day- i would say you probably ate close to 180-220
