Ht. 5'8", Wt. 194 - I'll join the christmas challenge. Not sure how good I'll do but I'm doing alot better with dieting again. I'm back on track.. I had lost 60 pounds before now im back to lose my last 20 here. I think I ate pretty darn good today. Breakfast - 2 cherry poptarts, lunch - a perkins muffin, dinner - a perkins chicken bread bowl salad. So how did I do??? I also worked out on the treadmill today and burnt like 125 cals and did alot of walking today too. So how did i do? plz respond!! thanks everyone!! P.s I challenge myself to lose at least 5 pounds by christmas! Count me in!!!

thanks it's rough, b/c my dad died of cancer when i was 14 months old so it's hard to deal with it, but im working on it and trying my best to lose more weight too. i'm not fat im built like my dad big boned and i do have alot of muscles too but i want to lose more.

Poptarts are all we had in the house for breakfast b/c my mom has been sick. She has cancer, so anyway we didn't get to the store yet.

no bad, but you should add snacks to keep your metabolism going. also pop tarts have a lot of fat and calories, plus you need fruits and veggies.
