Ht. 5'3", Wt. 153 - today i had; Breakfast i know it was bad but i dident have anything lunch i had a little bit of a salad like maby 50 calories and a low fat milk carton and dinner was a small bowl of icecream cuz i lost 5pounds this week! i know it was bad

eek icecream?? Well I would have definatly eaten breakfast that starts your metabolism for the day and causes you to burn more calories. I would never skip breakfast it's a known fact it keeps teens thinner. Well good luck!! And congrats on losing the 5 pounds! Keep up the good work!:):)

Don't reward yourself for losing weight with unhealthy food! Buy yourself something like a workout video, new workout clothes, or something that's not food. So you ate like under 300 calories in a day? That sounds like an eating disorder!!
