Ht. 5'3", Wt. 200 - I know that the school year basically not to long ago started, but next year I want to start my Sophmore year at a new school, and I DO NOT want to be fat!!! I need tips, advice, and most importantly support!!! Thx in advance!!!

Eat breakfast NEVER skip it & try to eat fruits and veggies too throughout the day. I know ppl say to snack but I wouldn't snack to much that's how you get more calories (well that's what I've seen anyway) but other then that work out at least 3 - 5 times a week for 20 + min if not more. It helps alot and you can build muscle. Muscle burns more calories too causing weight loss. Those are my most important tips b/c they really work. I've lost about 60 pounds that way. Well good luck!!
