Ht. 5'9", Wt. 206 - another 2 pounds! so that 14 pounds! wow thats the best ive done in like forever. i want to be out of my 200's by my bday, dec. 7. im soooooooo happpppppppyyyyyy!!

good job with the weight loss, but i think you need a bit more calories. you can get them by eating fruits and veggies and adding that to your brekfast and lunch
