I like to go contra dancing, which is really fun and is VERY good exercise, and I also am going to start salsa dancing soon. Tap dancing is also good exercise, and step, and a bunch of other kinds of fast-moving dances. Also, I LOVED pilates when I was taking it. I had a private intructor, but the tapes work just as well, I'm sure. Even yoga is good, because it relaxes the mind and body and gets you less stressed, which makes your habits much more evenly balanced. :-) Good luck, and have fun!
