Ht. 5'1", Wt. 150 - hi i'm new to this website. i don't eat that much lately but when i do eat it's not that healthy like uauly a slice of pizza for lunch. is there anyway i can kind of still stick with my normal eating habits and still lose weight?

If you want to lose weight you have to make sacrifices. Losing weight is math. You can eat exactly what you're eating now and still lose weight if you exercise more than youre eating. You'd be better off eating healthier and exercising in equilibrium.
