Ht. 5'2", Wt. 131 - Alright, I used to be of average weight (around 120) but I have recently gained 10 pounds or so pounds, which I need to get rid of. I'm trying out for cheerleading next week and need to be as pretty as possible. Do any of you know how to loose a little weight fast? And good excersizes that will make my thighs smaller? Thanks in advance.

Alright heres a thing thats not really healthy and thweight will come back evenetually, but this is just for now, eat fruit for 10 days, youll lose lioike 6-10 pounds kay?

i am having the same problem. I was 120 a bout a year ago and gained about 20 pounds. I am starting cheerleading next week too and i really wanna be in shape for it. I wish u luck with losing weight and let me know how cheerleading went :)
