Ht. 5'8", Wt. 194 - Hey everyone.... Today I ate 2 perkins muffins ( low fat blueberry and an apple cinnomon) and 1 serving of homemade oatmeal w/ chocolate chips, a banana and a lil 1% milk. So how did i do?? My exercise was 1 1/2 of putting up christmas lights by myself. Anyway I decided tomorrow I'm not going to eat until 6pm when we have our thanksgiving dinner and I'm going to eat what I want. I dc. It's thanksgiving! I'm going of the dieting wagon for one day tomorrow but the day after I'll be right back on it. I once weighed 170 pounds and ppl said I looked anorexic so I decided to only lose about 10 more pounds or so. Well hope you all have a great thanksgiving!!

Not eating all day will slow down your metabolism, then when you go to eat you will be ravenous, eat thousands of calories and have a very sluggish metabolism, not too mention the fact that it is very bad to eat a lot at night because you have less time to work off those calories before bed.

Hey, when u say ur not going 2 eat until 6 i hope u dont mean at all cuz that is a BAD IDEA! If u dont eat then when u sit down u will starving and will eat thousands of calories. Better idea, eat light 4 the day, things that are filling and nutritious. Then when u sit down for dinner u wont b so hungry, meaning u wont eat as much. Drink water before during and after ur meal, and fill up on the veggies that will most likly be offered. Then u shouldnt be too hungry when it comes to dessert, so u can indulge in a small dessert.
