I would say try to be 25 pounds per foot you are. So you would be like 125 pounds if you did that. That is about the most weight you could be before you are in the overweight category. Good luck!!!!

A lot of girls think that their perfect weight should be too high. I mean 5'2 or 5'3 and 125 would look big on a 40 year old woman, not to mention a teenage girl. The rule of thumb is 100 pounds at 5 feet and 5 pounds an inch after that so 110-115 at the most. You can say that 115 is ok, but of you want to be really fit, thin and healthy you need to be no more than 100-105.

Im 5'3 and my goal is to be 125-130. But it depends on what type of frame you have and how much muscle you have. A lot of BMI charts on the internet will give you 3 different estimates (for small, med, or large frame). Also if you know you are muscular add some weight cuz muscle weighs more than fat. If that is confusing or overwhelming then look at your pant size. That also depends on your frame but not so much, and pant size doesnt depend on your weight. Personally i think a 4/5 or a 6/7 is a healthy size for most people. (Thats my goal) I hope this helps. Good luck and Happy Thanksgiving :)
