Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - SO THIS IS THE BEST DAY EVER, MY TWO OLD FRIENDS ARE BACK ON THE BOARDS! Guys I hope you guys stay on. It;s greta to have oyu back. Breakfast: pea,r lowfat cheese otast, lowfat hot chocolate made with skim milk/Lunch: lowfat meatball sandwhich, light pasata salad, glass of diet gingerale/DInner: light lasangna, salad/Execise; I'm working on a project but hopefully I'll be able to do my execise tape!

SO follow the book, use Weight Wachers POINTS (and their success sotires rock, btw) and you should be good!

I got my weightt, health, and happiness under control from reader the Diet For Teenagers only. I really wish i could have done that..i just wore jeans under my gown :/ you're gonna look so pretty just watch with all the weight you lost!
