Ht. 5'8", Wt. 191 - Hey everyone! For breakfast I had - Homemade oatmeal, a banana and a lil 1% milk, Lunch - A lettuce & Turkey salad w/ fat free thousand island dressing and a lean pocket, Dinner - 1 1/2 turkey sandwich on a ham bun, some green bean caserol, and lots of corn and for dessert a half of a fit and active pudding snack. I walked on my treadmill for 30 min and burnt 350 cals. So how did I do today?
