Ht. 5'6", Wt. 180 - Does anyone know any websites with low calorie and/or low carb recipies? i have problems with junk foods and im looking for better meals to make :)

Here are some recipies from The Diet For Teenagers Only:
Oven Fried Chicken Breasts- makes four servings
Ingredients:
Cooking spray
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp grated parmesian cheese
1 teasppon peprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground redpepper
1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp margerine, melted
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees farenheit. Coat a shallow baking dish with the cooking spray.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheese, paprika, thyme, salt, and red pepper.
3.Place buttermilk in another shallow dish. Dip chicken in the buttermilk.
4. Now dip the chicken in the bread crumb mixture so it is lightly coated.
5. Place the chicken in the oven, rounded sides up, in the shallow baking dish and drizzle the margerine over the chicken.
6.Bake for 40 minutes, or until browned.
Apricot Sauce: makes eight servings
Ingredients-
1/3 cup apricot preserves
1/8 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
In a small bowl, blend all ingredients with a wire whisk for several minutes. Serve chilled or warm with oven fried chicken or any other poultry or seafood.
