Ht. 5'9", Wt. 196 - Well Hey there.. My name is Li im from south Louisiana. I'm a very happy person and I try to stay active but Im a teenager and you know how lazy we are at times. I am in preseason softball conditioning right now and my question for yall is should I be exercising more when i get home after practice. Our practice consists of warming up, sliding, few drills, and ends with running. Ive lost a few lbs since practice started and i want to lose more. I wanna be pretty for prom lol which is in april is that enough time to lose a few lbs!!! i think it is but im not sure lol. I was never good at this weight loss stuff. I'd love if yall could give me some advice on helping lose weight and like a few good diet meals.

hey i also play softball. my season just ended today. after practice dont wear urself out too much. maybe just a light jog or something

hey there; i play fastpitch as well; and yeah exercising after practice can be good;
but dont do hardcore stuff;
do a few sit ups and stuff;
yoga helps to;
it relaxes your body;
and stretches you;
dont go running after practice;
because its just gona ware you out;
just do sit ups, some krunches, some push ups
but not a lot;
