Ht. 5'3", Wt. 183 - I did better today, I ate 3 meals and cut them in half and exercised. I didn't drink enough water, but I'm trying. I also ate veggies. Yay! I am seeing results but the scale says I gained! I'm so confused!

your probably gaining muscle because you lose fat, gain muscle. and since muscle weights more than fat, the scale will say you weigh a few pounds more but since it takes up less room then fat (compare a lb. of metal to a lb. of pillows) you'll look healthier.
