Ht. 5'4", Wt. 165 - hey everyone. im back and i wanna get bak on track. ive decided im gunna work harder. i wanna lose 10 pounds each month and hopefully by april i would have lost 40 pounds by then. do you think this is reasonable or possible? im starting to eat a lot of veggies when theyre cooked for dinner and such so that's been helping me. and im going to start trying to get my friend go running with me or else i do crunches or ddr and im gettin a little tired of the same things. reply back!

Ten pounds a onth is a lot, but if you work hard then you should be able to make it, and even getting really close will be good. Just remember that it gets harder and harder to loose weight as you loose. Work hard and stay dedicated and i think you can reach your goal! Good luck:)
