Ht. 5'7", Wt. 172 - Breakfast: A serving of total with lowfat milk.
Lunch: Turkey and lettuce on a whole wheat wrap, green beans, and a 100 calorie pack.
Snack: 100 calorie pack.
So so far I didn't eat enough, so I need to figure out how im gonna do that because I'm not that hungry adn what i eat really fills me up because it has a lot of fiber and stuff. Also for dinner were getting takeout so im getting a calzone with chicken (not fried or anything) and vegetables. so i suppose its not that bad. and i'll have a smartones ice cream for dessert.
and exercise: well it was my first day of track today, so 3/4 mile warmup, a total of 15 strides (which are run, then speed up to a sprint in the middle, then slow down for a little less than 100 meters) then we did 3 sets of 10 pushups. it was an easy day because it was the first day. plus we learned form for throwing and stuff. how'd i do?

Well you did really well up until you didn't know what else to eat.. It's alot better if the green beans we're not canned, but bagged! or fresh is even better! Just to let you know..those 100 calorie packs are easy to grab and you feel guilt free cause it's only 100 calories right? But as i've heard it's junk food but just in much smaller moderation..like cookies and nabisco snacks..instead of grabbing one of those 100 calorie packs try to grab fruit instead. good job though! the turkey and green beans is great!
