Ht. 5'4", Wt. 158 - I'm on this plateu still and I was wondering if I added something like 4 miles on the treadmill everyday, would that help? along with the eating right of course(which I now naturally do) Will this help shake things up and make me lose weight again? Also, is anyone here majoring in Nutrition/Dietitian once they graduatee High School? I'm thinking about it...but I'm balancing on that and Education (Elementary School teacher). What would you choose?
