Ht. 5'2", Wt. 161 - I'm so gross, I've gained 40 pounds. I've been going through a lot and I want to lose those nasty 40 pounds before summer. I have no idea what to do, i'm not good with exercising and eating right. Please help me I need tips... thanksss.

It won't make you lose fast, but it will be easier to stick with! If you cut down on soda, chips and dessert and drink water, you can lose about 20 pounds by summer! I am trying to be 145 by June 18, 6th grade graduation. You can even have dessert! Have a serving of light ice cream or a piece of fruit. Begin a weekly workout routine that isn't to hard to stickwith and you can do it!
