Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - P.S. Here's my food plan today. I''ve never eaten dinner before I post, so that's where I tend to slip off. zBrealfast: light cheese toast, low fat hot coca (New kind made with antioxidents) made with skim milk/SNack: whole grain fruit bar/Lunch: lowfat meatball sandwhich, fruit cup (I won't buy them anymore)/Snack: 1/2 banana and lowfta pudding/DInner; probably fish but possibly some lean chicken or smoething, some srot of veggie.
