Ht. 5'6", Wt. 180 - Today: Breakfast: Whole Wheat bagel with Light Cream Cheese and glass of orange juice Lunch: 2 100 calorie packs and these nutrigrain bars, 2 in a pack=190 calories. Snack: Smoothie(fat free yogurt blended with ice) Supper: Pasta with sauce and homemade garlic bread with cheese(bread butered with garlic butter and cheese on top) I know supper wasnt the greatest, but hopefully tomorrow will be better and im hoping to have either another smoothie or a couple apples later on, or maybe both :) What do you guys think? I need help with lunch thats for sure

For breakfast, have half of the whole wheat bagel and a fruit instead of the orange juice. For lunch, dont have 2 100 cal packs and granola bars....instead why not have a lean turkey sandwhich on whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomatoes and a fruit and something like pretzels or ONE 100 calorie pack? The dinner you ate was all carbs, pasta and bread and cheese are fattening. Try whole grain rice and some veggies with a cup of milk. But don't worry, you are not doing that bad! It sounds like you are trying to do good. Good luck. =)
