Ht. 5'6", Wt. 153 - I'd like some feedback please! So it's the 2nd day of my "sexxi mission" (NOT DIET HEHE!) Breakfast: cheerios w/ milk & a banana; Lunch: grilled chicken asian salad from McDonald's; Snack: apple; Dinner: whole wheat rice & mixed vegetables & a cup of milk; And then Excercise: 40 minutes of "the FIRM" workout DVD; 10 minutes thigh workout from a magazine; and some cruntches, jumping jacks, and hula hooping. How did I do? Pleaseeeeeeeee reply, I'd like feedback and any tips you guys have!!! Thanks. =)

For the Cheerios, do you eat it with 2% milk? make sure it's 2% or lowfat and try to hold the banana off. Bananas are great but maybe you can have that as a snack later? a bowl of cereal should be good enough to get you fueled in the morning. For dinner, the whole wheat rice and veggs sounds reallly good!:) It's usually what I have but don't drink milk with it...instead have a nice big glass of WATER (yes that boring important natural liquid that we all must consume daily. It sucks but darn it's important!) The exercises sound great :)
