Ht. 5'8", Wt. 225 - I need some feedback on this. For breakfast I usually eat toast with butter if not I eat a banana. For lunch I eat school lunches with usually comes wit meat, side, and fruit. Dinner it all depends.....=) For exercise I go to Taekwondo on Thursdays and satudays. Volleyball practice on monday and wednesday wit games on saturdays. Hip-hop classes are on tuesdays. In between all this I go on the trendmill. In taekwondo we lose 1 pound per class....tell me what I need to change and give me tips! I have a myspace, aim, yahoo, msn, and an email!! Im up for a penpal or weightloss buddy!! THX!

Avoid all white foods because they are refined and high in the bad carbs, eat whole grains instead which are really good for you. Eat healthy snacks through out the day and for lunch...and it's better to bring your own lunch, pack a sandwhich (ww bread!) and make sure you get vegatables in as well as meat so for dinner have a serving of meat with a side of vegatables and drink lots of water through out the day. Don't eat three hours before going to bed. The exercising sounds great:) Good Luck!!

For the food, try and make your toast with wholewheat bread if you dont already and try using lowfat spread. For lunch and dinner i'd just make sure your making healthy choices and cutting back where you can. Also make sure you are drinking tons of water!! Good luck!
