Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Food today: reakfast 2 slices lowfat frozen french toast with sugar free syrup, strawberries/SNack: almond and chocolate snack bar (only 2.5 grams saturated fats, 0 trans fats)/Lunch" Healthy CHoice pot roast soup (some lean beff and veggies a lil bit of paotatoes), low sugar fruit cup/Snack: 1 cup baked pumpkin csarole (wuth a sprinkle of fat free permisan cheese, nothing more)/Dinner: Lean Cusin asian chicken and vegie dumplings with white rice and stir fry, pudding, glass of fat free milk/Exercise: my gym's teacher's crazy-fun high intensity drills and a game of dogeball for like 45min, I'm getting so much better in gym not like an allstar but I can do a lot more without running out of breath and I can run faster and do crunches a pushups now. How'd I do?

good job! the only thing to watch out for is sodium in soup, but i know healthy choice has only about 400ish mg, which is still a lot but a lot of soups have like 900. so you did awesome!
